The Lower 9 Resilience Festival is an annual opportunity to reflect, mourn, and recognize our efforts to rebuild and become whole again. We will embrace this opportunity to fellowship and encourage our neighbors, thank our volunteers and embrace a community driven effort to promote financial and economic stimulation.
